Course Options: Leadership & Ministry Streams
The Leadership and Ministry Streams are an innovative program that develops leaders within the context of the local church. Its vision is to empower you with the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and insights while making a significant contribution to the life and vision of your local church.
The Leadership and Ministry Streams incorporate a combination of biblical teaching and practical ministry experience through a partnership between Paradise College of Ministries and your local church. You will gain an overview of the bible with emphasis on key books and Christian beliefs plus training in personal development and leadership to support your practical ministry experience.
An essential part of the Leadership Internship is the ability to work under the supervision of a pastoral supervisor within your local church. It is therefore a prerequisite for entry into this stream that a pastoral supervisor has agreed to oversight your internship and who will provide you with the appropriate ministry opportunities and mentoring support to fulfill the requirements of the course.
